- Chrome Web Store policy prevents blocking installs - leave the listing live for SEO and trust signal
- On first launch, extension checks for valid workspace session against api.moatis.com/auth/session
- No valid session → show "Welcome to moatis" screen with fields: workspace URL + email + password (or SSO button)
- Email not provisioned in that workspace → "This email isn't provisioned for moatis. Talk to your workspace admin or request access →"
- Result: anyone can install; only paid seats activate

Why don't you list prices publicly?
Because a mortgage team with 400 loan officers and full HIPAA- BAA needs has fundamentally different requirements than a 20- person insurance agency. Menu pricing forces both to pay for the wrong thing.
How long does a quote take?

Do you offer pilots?
Yes. Structured 30-day pilots on a subset of your team (typically 25-50 reps) with weekly readouts and a written report at day 30 for your executive team.
How is moatis licensed?
Per active seat, billed annually. Your admin portal provisions users, controls access, and manages licenses. Extension only activates for provisioned users.
Is there a free tier?
Moatis is a licensed product for organizations. Personal-use free tier is not currently available. Extension installs from the Chrome store but requires workspace credentials to activate.
Do you sign BAAS and MSAs?
Yes. Standard MSA, DPA, and BAA templates available on request. SOC 2 Type II evidence package delivered under NDA within 24 hours.
How fast can we deploy?
Typical enterprise deployment: 14 days from contract to full team live. Extension-based architecture means no back-end integration project.
What about private deployment?
Available for enterprise customers requiring dedicated infrastructure, VPC deployment, or EU data residency. Discussed during your specialist call.
